COPRECI the company located in Guipuzcoa, manufacturer among other components, of valve systems for household appliances, has incorporated into its quality system a Measuring Machine of form and position errors RA-2200AH of Mitutoyo, with which they will meet the verification needs with the maximum precision in both the production stage and the engineering and design ones.
It is a fully automatic system, with attaching tooling for specific components, which shall allow self-control tasks to be carried out by the operators and, in addition, the control of the process to be performed in real time with the program of the statistical process Control Measurlink, from Mitutoyo as well.
RA-2200AH incorporates an automatic table for the centering and levelling of the parts and allows the measurement of the form and position errors of parts to be made in automatic cycles by means of the CNC travelling of all its axes. Its exceptional mechanical features (turning accuracy of the table of 0.02 µm, travelling straightness better than 0.15 µm at 100 mm, etc.), together with the possibilities of calculation and automation of the Roundpak software, convert RA-2200AH into the ideal system for the measurement of form errors with the maximum precision.
