PSA Madrid trusts Sariki to retrofit its Duplex horizontal arm CMM
Sariki has been collaborating very closely with the PSA Group since 2006, carrying out maintenance and technical assistance work on its CMMs at Vigo and Madrid plants.

At PSA's work center in Madrid they had a Duplex horizontal arm CMM out of service. Faced with the growing demand for production, they saw the need to invest in a new measuring machine.
From Sariki we propose 2 options:
Investment in a new CMM
One option was to invest in a new CMM that would allow them to meet the requirements of their new inspection process.
Retrofit of existing machine
Another option was to retrofit the machine that they currently had out of service.
The RETROFIT option not only meant a more controlled investment, but also gave a fully guaranteed output to their Duplex horizontal arm CMM that kept its hardware in good condition.
Sariki has made a custom retrofit to the needs of PSA Madrid. We have incorporated new scales and a completely digital control (Metrolog software and control) and both the heads and the probes of the machine have been reused. The set-up of the safety barriers available on the machine has also been carried out. The retrofit has allowed them to respond efficiently to the new requirements of the plant.
Sariki is an audited company by the PSA Group and accredited as a calibration provider. In addition, we have been part of its supplier platform since 2008. We participate in the improvement and optimization of its CMMs by performing preventive and corrective maintenance in the event of breakdowns, replacement of spare parts, transfers, conditioning of machine perimeters, as well as retrofits.
