Sariki will present in the exhibition area (stand E-529) several developments in the field of automation and digitization of dimensional control.
On the one hand, for those companies that are looking for a portable and agile 3D scanning system for the control of parts directly in production, we will present the new inspection solution composed of a structured light scanner integrated in a universal robot, and managed by our SK/inspect software. SK/inspect has been developed by Sariki for point cloud management and analysis at high speed in a manufacturing environment. In the fair we will present the new version 19.02 that includes new features in the creation of sections and visualization of volumes. We will present the new 2D vision measuring machine Mitutoyo Quick Image with motorized table. Its small space and ergonomic design are ideal for a wide variety of inspection tasks, both in the laboratory and in the workshop. It allows fully automatic wide area measurements and the combination of the mobile table and the image adjustment function allows a complete coverage of the measurement, creating a single image in which edge detection can be applied. The measurement results are displayed in real time directly on the video image, which makes it easy to perform tolerance assessments at a glance.
