On September 19th, Metrología Sariki, in collaboration with VITRONIC, organized a technical day at the AIC-Automotive Intelligence Center, where we presented our latest solutions for automated weld seam inspection in process. This event brought together professionals from the automotive and industrial sectors, including component manufacturers and OEMs, interested in improving the quality and efficiency of their welding processes.

During the workshop, we had the opportunity to showcase in detail how our in-process metrology solutions are transforming real-time quality control, highlighting the benefits of VITRONIC technology for automated weld seam inspection:

  • Reduction of destructive testing
  • Reduction of cutting tests
  • Improvement of FTQ (First Time Quality) indicator
  • Reduction of scrap
  • Optimization of production processes

The event featured the participation of Luis Rodríguez, welding expert and Director of VITRONIC Mexico, who delivered a comprehensive masterclass on the advantages of this innovative solution. Additionally, Mikel Méndez and Josu Azkune, leading the Sariki team, reinforced Sariki's commitment to supporting our clients in the development of transformative projects for the industry.

It was a pleasure for the Sariki team to share this technical day with professionals who lead challenging projects every day and strive to improve.
